Nach dem Upload von <em>Gerald<\/em> auf YouTube echauffierte sich ein Wirtschaftstudent in den Kommentaren \u00fcber die Existenz eines derartigen Films und philosophierte, ob Kunst nicht lieber einem wirtschaftlichen Zweck dienen sollte. Dieser Film folgt jenen Aussagen blind und hinterfragt dabei unter anderem das Konstrukt \u201emoderne Kunst\u201c.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Der K\u00fcnstler Nicklas Hoffmann wird, nach dem Erfolg seines Werks <em>Gerald<\/em>, von einer renommierten Kuratorin besucht. Nachdem seine Interpretationen der Kunstgattungen \u201eSozialkritisch\u201c, \u201eAbstrakt\u201c, \u201eDokumentarisch\u201c und \u201ePolitisch\u201c die Erwartungen der Kuratorin nicht erf\u00fcllen k\u00f6nnen und diese sich schon verabschieden m\u00f6chte, pr\u00e4sentiert er ihr ein wirtschaftliches Kunstprojekt: Ballon-Autos, auf denen die Aktienkurse des Euros und des amerikanischen Dollars abgebildet sind.
